Our students took part in the work of the international conference
December 15 - Today Our students took part in the work of the international conference "Architecture, Art and Applied Sciences" organized by the Institute of Scientific Information of the Russian Academy of Arts and the Institute of Cinema and Television at the Russian Academy of Architecture. Oleg Meksha (11th grade) worked as a translator during the panel discussion of the conference Topics of great importance were discussed at the conference : «The quality of the spatial environment: from the general to the particular» , «Space-time of the city in modern urban planning”, «Goals of the national association of designers and surveyors in the field of urban planning and architecture» etc. According to the appraisal of the organizers Oleg did a great job !
Later in the day, Darya Teterkina (10th grade) took part in the same conference, but as a presenter of her report on the topic "Architectural styles of the UK: a historical perspective." Daria chose this theme for her school project work and presented it in her immaculate English.
